Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Bielefeld, GermanyContract: 2 year contractOur client, a leading organisation in the biopharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support their site near Bielefeld, Germany. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated recruitment team and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives for a high-impact production location.About the RoleIn this strategic and hands-on position, you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing all recruitment and employer branding activities at the site. You will lead a small team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop the local Talent Acquisition teamDevelop and implement recruitment and employer branding strategies for the siteManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including close collaboration with the works councilOptimise processes, tools and candidate experience across all touchpointsMonitor and report key recruiting metrics to support data-driven decisionsAct as the interface to the global Talent Acquisition organisationEnsure consistent use and compliance within the ATS and related recruiting toolsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline and represent the company at recruiting eventsCandidate ProfileDegree in business administration, psychology, HR or similar7+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in a leadership positionStrong background in attracting top talent and leading high-performing teamsExperience in global organisations and large-scale hiring projectsSolid understanding of the German labour market and labour lawAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skillsNative-level German and fluent English skills are essentialWhy Apply?Strategic leadership role with real impactHighly meaningful industry environmentOpportunity to shape recruitment processes for a key manufacturing siteCompetitive salary package up to €120,000Fixed-term contract offering stability while covering a maternity leaveIf you meet the requirements and are interested in discussing this opportunity, please get in touch.
