Job Title: SAP Payroll Consultant Type: Contract (6 months + extension)

Lead configuration and optimisation of SAP Payroll (PY-DE) and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Analyse and document client payroll processes; Implement payroll schemas, rules (PCRs), and wage types, ensuring compliance with German legal and tax regulations.
Support integrations with SAP HCM, Time Management, FI/CO, and SuccessFactors modules.
Conduct testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and manage parallel payroll runs for data validation.
Provide expert-level support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR and payroll teams.
Collaborate with internal consultants and client stakeholders in both German and English environments

3+ years’ experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant (PY-DE or ECP).
~ Deep understanding of German payroll legislation, social insurance, and tax processes.
~ Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration - schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
~ Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) and SAP S/4HANA HCM preferred.
~ Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate independently in client-facing projects.
