Our products are trusted by musicians in studios, on stages, and in shops across the world. D'Addario Europe, based in Frankfurt, manages sales and marketing across Europe. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to oversee key music retail accounts across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Tasks As Customer Account Manager, you will manage and develop business relationships with music retail partners in your region. You will work from our Frankfurt office with regular travel to meet clients and attend international training events. Managing and developing a portfolio of retail accounts Building strong, long-term customer relationships Developing sales strategies and action plans to meet targets Identifying new business opportunities Providing excellent customer support Representing our brands with professionalism Collaborating with European and global teams Applying D'Addario’s "Best Practice in Sales" standards Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management Strong communication and organisational skills Fluent German; solid English (B2 level); Dutch is a plus Analytical, structured, and proactive working style Enthusiasm for sales and customer development Interest or experience in the music industry is an advantage Valid driving license Benefits A permanent, full-time position with career development opportunities Competitive salary package: €40,000 - €45,000 fix pay + Up to 42% sales performance bonus + Uncapped commisson bonus + Personal goals bonus Generous performance based bonus Company pension contributions Flexible working hours Staff discounts on industry-leading music products The opportunity to work with a globally respected music company International travel for customer visits and team training Closing Interested in joining a company that shapes the global music industry?
