To learn more about them, you can find our values here (English). Job Description You monitor service levels, queues, intraday performance, and agent availability in real time. You support short- and long-term scheduling, shift maintenance, and daily staffing adjustments. You assist in volume forecasting, capacity planning, and data modeling. You create clear and actionable reports for operational teams and management. You deep-dive into data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement. You collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Product.
