Vice President of Product Management

Our client is a fast-growing B2B platform , backed by some of the world’s leading VCs . They are looking for an experienced (+8y) VP of Product to shape product strategy, lead a growing team, and drive the next phase of product excellence. This role is Berlin-based with a 5-days-in-office culture , leading 2 PMs and 1 Designer from day one, with more hires planned. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Own and define the product strategy and roadmap , aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring clear prioritisation and delivery excellence. Build, lead, and scale the product organisation: mentor PMs/designers and drive high standards of product thinking and execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Translate executive-level strategy into clear product plans, priorities, and trade-offs. Champion a strong product culture focused on customer value, outcomes, and long-term product-market fit. 🧩 Ideal Candidate Senior product leadership experience (Head of Product / Director equivalent) in SaaS, platform, or product-led businesses. B2B marketplace or Fintech experience is a plus. Proven ability to grow and mature product teams. Comfortable with ambiguity; capable of both shaping strategy and being hands-on. Strong communicator with cross-functional leadership strengths.
