Deine Aufgaben

Als Brand Strategy Manager Non Food (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Markenstrategie sowie des Brand Designs im Non Food Bereich.
...konkret heißt das:

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von zielgruppenspezifischen Brand- und Kommunikationsstrategien
  • Entwicklung von Ideen und Plattformen, um den Markenaufbau zu unterstützen
  • Definition von KPIs, Steuerung von regelmäßigen Analysen zur Markenperformance sowie Begleitung von Kunden-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Entwicklung, Sicherstellung und Überwachung eines international einheitlichen Markenauftritts, u. a. bei der Contenterstellung
  • Steuerung der strategischen Marken- und Designagenturen sowie Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Markenentwicklung/-strategie und erste Agenturerfahrung wünschenswert
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachgebiet Marketing, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt strategisches Marketing
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Markenführung und Design
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität für den Bereich Non Food und Trends
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für eine Vor-Ort-Präsenz von 2-3 Tagen pro Woche
