Senior Operations Manager - Hochautomatisiertes Logistikzentrum (M/W/D) Standort: Bremen Berichtslinie: Direkte Berichtsebene an den Standortleiter Branche: Kontraktlogistik & Fulfillment Über die Rolle Unser Mandant sucht eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für eines der größten und modernsten Logistikzentren Europas. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Prozesse in einem hochautomatisierten Umfeld mit komplexen Warenströmen und hohem Volumen. Die Rolle erfordert strategisches Denken, exzellente Prozesssteuerung und Leadership in einem dynamischen, volatilen Geschäft. Ihre Aufgaben Steuerung und Optimierung aller operativen Prozesse zwischen Wareneingang und Warenausgang Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von ca. 250-300 Mitarbeitenden (gewerblich & kaufmännisch) Volumen- und Personalplanung für stark schwankende Auftragslagen (Peak-Management) Sicherstellung von Automatisierungsprozessen (Hochregallager, Fördertechnik, Robotik) KPI- und Budgetverantwortung, Ergebnisorientierung Change Management und Employer Branding im Rahmen einer großen Personalübernahme Ihr Profil Mindestens 8-10 Jahre in Handelslogistik oder E-Commerce Fulfillment Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in komplexen, automatisierten Logistikstrukturen (z. B. vergleichbar mit führenden E-Commerce-Playern) Gestandene Persönlichkeit mit breitem Erfahrungsspektrum Englischkenntnisse, Schichtbereitschaft, Konzernerfahrung Ausgeprägte Prozess- und Ergebnisorientierung, Fähigkeit zur Steuerung unter hohem Volumenschwankungsgrad Sie bieten Jahresgehalt: 90.000-110.000 € + Firmenwagen Bereit für den nächsten Schritt?
