🚀 Help us build the future of AI infrastructure at neuland.ai   About neuland.ai   At neuland.ai , we’re developing an intelligent platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate AI into their core processes – securely, scalably, and GDPR-compliant .  Our mission: to create an AI infrastructure that improves itself through automation, transparency, and continuous optimization.  We’re looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure / AIOps Engineer who’s passionate about building stable, secure, and smart systems – and enjoys solving challenges with creativity and precision.   Your Role   You’ll be part of our DevOps and Infrastructure team. Together, you’ll take ownership of our entire delivery pipeline – from infrastructure setup and CI/CD to release planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.   Your Responsibilities   Build, maintain, and evolve our Azure-based infrastructure (Container Apps, Databases, Networking, Secrets)  Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code principles  Plan and execute releases , including automated deployments and rollback strategies  Manage and support customer environments – onboarding, updates, and custom migrations into client Azure tenants  Take ownership of infrastructure and secret security , access control, and compliance  Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for full observability  Collaborate closely with the Frontend and Backend teams to optimize infrastructure, testing, and deployments  Drive performance, cost, and security optimizations across environments  Contribute to our vision for AIOps & Infrastructure Automation , making every release more reliable, efficient, and secure   Your Profile   Several years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or AIOps   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other Cloud providers , Terraform , and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)   Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)   Experience with migration from one Cloud provider to another  Solid understanding of security best practices , secret management , and compliance (e.g. GDPR)   Familiar with monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery strategies   Passionate about automation, optimization, and continuous improvement   Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and love for building secure, scalable systems   What We Offer   Impact: Build and evolve a modern, secure, and scalable AI infrastructure  Innovation: Work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and automation tools  Team Culture: Collaborative, supportive, and ownership-driven  Flexibility: Remote-first, flexible working hours  Growth: Training, certifications, and a chance to shape our AIOps vision  Participation: Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP)   Apply Now   Send us your CV or LinkedIn profile at jobs@neuland.ai   and join a team that’s redefining DevOps for the age of AI. ⚙️🚀
