Head of Public Relations Berlin (Hybrid) Overview We are looking for a seasoned Head of Public Relations to lead and elevate global communication efforts within a technology-driven, cloud-focused organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, shaping how the company is perceived across key markets and within the wider digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an integrated PR strategy that supports business objectives and strengthens the organization’s reputation within the tech and cloud services landscape. Act as a senior spokesperson and primary media contact, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers across relevant technology and business press. Lead both proactive and reactive communication initiatives, including announcements, storytelling, crisis response, and reputation management. Drive thought leadership programs and executive visibility initiatives aligned with industry trends and innovation topics. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, leadership, and other internal teams to support coordinated communication efforts. Oversee external PR agencies and partners, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable results. Monitor media coverage, market developments, and competitive positioning to inform communication strategy. Report on PR performance metrics and continuously refine communication approaches. Profile / Requirements Extensive experience in public relations or corporate communications within the technology, digital services, or cloud sector. Strong strategic capabilities paired with the ability to execute at an operational level. Proven experience managing high-visibility topics and interacting with senior media stakeholders. Excellent storytelling, writing, and messaging skills. Fluency in both German and English (mandatory). Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment with an international scope. Experience managing teams and leading external agency partners. Location Berlin (Hybrid)
