Your job: Implement and productionise ML-based services using Sagemaker Work on NLP and LLM projects, applying your expertise to contribute to and build on our existing solutions. Utilize IaC and CI/CD best practices to increase the efficiency in deployment and management of resources. Collaborate with our Data Scientists team to design and implement ML workflows. Participate in code reviews, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, explaining complex machine learning concepts in a clear and concise manner. This is how we will work together: You will join an established team owning self-hosted LLM-based internal services You have influence on design, planning and implementation of technical solutions. You will be collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Cloud Developers Qualifications Strong team player, willing to learn from and contribute to an experienced team High engagement, proactivity, and sense of ownership 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in production-level Python (Clean, SOLID) Industry experience in Amazon Sagemaker deployment Experience in deploying and scaling LLMs in production Experience with IaC (Terraform), CI/CD (Atlassian Bamboo) and test automation best practices. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects is a plus. Experience with PyTorch or transformers is a plus. Experience with managed Vector DBs is a plus.
