(Senior) Machine Learning Engineer

Using our data, platform, and technology, we create opportunities for jobseekers and companies around the world to find a perfect match in fair and equitable way. Implement and productionise ML-based services using Sagemaker
Work on NLP and LLM projects, applying your expertise to contribute to and build on our existing solutions.
Utilize IaC and CI/CD best practices to increase the efficiency in deployment and management of resources.
Collaborate with our Data Scientists team to design and implement ML workflows.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, explaining complex machine learning concepts in a clear and concise manner.
You will join an established team owning self-hosted LLM-based internal services
You have influence on design, planning and implementation of technical solutions.
You will be collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Cloud Developers
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
~ Proficiency in production-level Python (Clean, SOLID)
~ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects is a plus.
~ You have experience working in Scrum or empowered teams with multiple roles.
