Today, we are committed to becoming a world-class supplier of compact construction solutions , delivering reliable, high-performance machines to customers worldwide.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the after-sales service operations for Yuchai equipment (excavators, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders) within Europe. The ideal candidate will be primarily based in Germany and will serve as the key point of contact for after-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of technical issues.

On-site Support & Troubleshooting:
~ Conduct service training for European dealers and support them in handling major technical failures.
Assist in making training materials and courses
· Assist in developing and implementing local service & parts management processes and operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

· Cross-Region Support & Communication:
~ Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on technical updates, product improvements, and service strategies.


5 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or maintenance, preferably in the construction equipment, machinery, or automotive sectors.
~ Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service manuals, ability to analyse and solve complex technical issues.
~ Fluent in German and Proficient in English
