Benefits Permanent position €28,000 EU allowance 10/4 rotational working 2 flights per month Strong career progression in a high-growth sector Key Responsibilities As CSA Project Manager, you will take ownership of major project delivery, ensuring performance across construction, engineering, safety, cost and quality: Lead stakeholder engagement across all phases of the project Develop and execute project strategies and site logistics plans Build, manage and track project schedules aligned to key milestones Prepare and control project budgets and cost plans Approve and implement Quality & EHS management plans Manage, mentor and motivate engineering & construction teams Oversee submission processes with clients/design consultants Manage procurement schedules and supply chain selection Chair weekly internal, supplier and subcontractor meetings Control project cost/revenue performance with regular reporting Represent the project at client and management meetings Liaise with subcontractor senior leadership to avoid roadblocks Maintain strong collaboration with client design and contractor teams Develop and implement testing & commissioning procedures What You Need 7+ years’ experience in CSA/project management roles (mission critical projects are a plus) Proven stakeholder management & relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal) Ready to take the next step?
