Their people are at the heart of the business, empowered, supported and encouraged to realise their full potential.BenefitsPermanent position€28,000 EU allowance10/4 rotational working2 flights per month Strong career progression in a high-growth sectorKey ResponsibilitiesAs CSA Project Manager, you will take ownership of major project delivery, ensuring performance across construction, engineering, safety, cost and quality:Lead stakeholder engagement across all phases of the projectDevelop and execute project strategies and site logistics plansBuild, manage and track project schedules aligned to key milestonesPrepare and control project budgets and cost plansApprove and implement Quality & EHS management plansManage, mentor and motivate engineering & construction teamsOversee submission processes with clients/design consultantsManage procurement schedules and supply chain selectionChair weekly internal, supplier and subcontractor meetingsControl project cost/revenue performance with regular reportingRepresent the project at client and management meetingsLiaise with subcontractor senior leadership to avoid roadblocksMaintain strong collaboration with client design and contractor teamsDevelop and implement testing & commissioning proceduresWhat You Need7+ years’ experience in CSA/project management roles (mission critical projects are a plus)Proven stakeholder management & relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityExcellent attention to detail and accuracyClear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)Ready to take the next step?Join a European market leader delivering some of the most exciting projects in the Data Centre industry.
