The Role: Working Student – HR Business Partner
We are looking for a motivated Working Student – HR Business Partner to support our HR team at the Hamburg location. This role is key in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting recruitment and HR projects, and contributing to continuous process improvement. You will gain hands-on experience in HR administration and play an active part in shaping our HR processes.

Support and assist in daily operational HR activities
Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Assist with HR projects, such as employee engagement, training, or process improvements
Support the improvement and reflection of HR processes, contributing your own ideas

Student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Confident handling of MS Office applications
very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken

Thorough onboarding and training in our processes and IT systems
