Job Title: Finance Consultant – D365 / AX 2012 Language: B2 German + Salary: 60-90k depending on experience Overview We’re looking for a Finance Consultant with a strong background in core finance and accounting to join a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from industry or an in-house finance background (for example: Financial Controller, Accountant, or Finance Business Partner) who is looking to move into ERP consulting and develop their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) or AX 2012. Key Responsibilities Work with clients to understand their finance processes, requirements, and business objectives. Support the design, configuration, and delivery of D365 Finance or AX 2012 solutions. Translate finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting, etc.) into system functionality. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and go-live support. Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Participate in workshops, testing, and process improvements. Ideal Background Strong finance knowledge and practical experience in: General Ledger Accounts Payable / Receivable Fixed Assets Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Reporting Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance preferred, but not essential). Background in finance, accounting, or controlling—either in-house or industry-side. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desire to transition into a consulting environment and grow within the Microsoft ecosystem. What’s on Offer Structured onboarding and training in Microsoft D365 Finance.
