Founded in 2020 by SAP, McKiney & Bain Alumnis with 30+ years of industry experience, ValueWorks is growing quickly to enable companies to leverage the power of data in their business. Located in Munich and Karlsruhe, we are looking for somebody to strengthen our team in the intersection of business and data. The customer excellence team focuses on bringing the ValueWorks platform to life. In symbiosis with our team of forward deployed engineers that build data models and pipelines for customers, the client-facing customer excellence architect has the end-to-end responsibility to design, manage and deliver the impact of the ValueWorks solution at our customers. In this role you dive deep into data structures, systems in an environment where you can take over responsibility from day 1. We plan to take over the working student. Responsibilities Create an on-boarding plan for our new customers and drive the implementation including a target design on metrics and other functionality Implement target customer structures in ValueWorks from financial metrics, planning to investor reporting Understand data structures and systems of the customers and create tickets to be implemented by our forward deployed engineers Be the face of ValueWorks and own the on-going end-to-end relationship with customers Qualifications On-going study for university degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management or any other quant studies Currently in master or bachelor thesis Excellent understanding of data and quantitative skillset Strong communication and project management skills German speaking
