We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Consultant who’s excited to work closely with clients, drive impactful implementation projects, and deepen their expertise in D365 Finance—joining Axazure on our mission to reinvent the world of consulting and help us make history. #We have been recognized as Microsoft Partner of the Year ES 2021–2024 in Customer Experience, Microsoft Partner of the Year 2023 and 2025 in Finance & Operations, and Microsoft Inner Circle Partner for Business Applications.

Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 Finance implementations for mid-size and enterprise clients, driving projects from vision to go-live.
Turn finance and controlling requirements into strong, scalable D365 Finance designs that truly support the business.
Facilitate workshops with CFOs, finance leaders, and key users—challenging assumptions, refining processes, and shaping smarter ways of working.
Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 Finance, partnering closely with technical teams whenever deeper customization is needed.
Support and mentor junior consultants, helping develop best practices, standards, and reusable approaches.

5+ years of experience as a consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics AX, or D365FO.
~ Solid, in-depth understanding of key finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Closing, Controlling).
~ Excellent communication skills, especially when partnering with C-level leaders and finance stakeholders.
~ Fluent in German and English.
~ Bonus: experience in real estate, asset management, or financial services (nice to have, not essential).
