Your role Contribute to the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance for mid-size and enterprise clients. Partner with seasoned consultants to turn finance and controlling requirements into smart, scalable solution designs. Take an active role in workshops with finance teams and key users, helping shape the direction of each project. Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (with training and support whenever needed). Support testing, create documentation, deliver training sessions, and assist in go-live phases to ensure a smooth rollout. Dive into finance processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help craft effective solution concepts. Work closely with senior consultants and project managers, becoming a key part of a collaborative team. Grow your capabilities through real project exposure and well-structured learning paths tailored to your development. Contribute to building Axazure accelerators and templates, playing an active role in our ongoing growth journey. What you bring 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, accounting, controlling or ERP projects (Dynamics 365 Finance experience is a plus, but not mandatory) Strong interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and digital finance transformation Basic understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Closing — training will be provided) Hands-on and proactive working style with attention to detail Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to take responsibility early Strong communication skills with business stakeholders Fluent English and German Nice to have: experience in real estate, asset management or financial services During your first 30 days, you’ll enjoy a personalized onboarding experience—friendly and full of questions (career plan, beer or wine...? 😜)—but also full of answers that will help us get to know each other and help you become familiar with our culture.
