We’re expanding our team and seeking a Technical SEO Manager with deep expertise in large-scale site optimization, Laravel frameworks, and performance-driven organic growth. This is a leadership role for someone who not only understands the mechanics of SEO but can also architect and implement technical strategies that scale. You will work closely with engineering, product, and content teams to ensure our platform, built on Laravel, delivers best-in-class search visibility, performance, and authority. Our platform offers four key values to users: Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors. Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards. Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies. Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as industry leader. We want a results-oriented technical SEO leader with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic for complex, high-traffic websites. You must have hands-on experience optimizing Laravel-based platforms , strong collaboration skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical implementation and strategic growth. Goals Achieve top-tier organic visibility across all core site categories Improve technical SEO foundations to support scalable content growth and indexing Establish DesignRush as a category leader in search of superior technical performance Responsibilities Lead the technical SEO strategy for the entire platform, with a focus on crawl efficiency, site architecture, internal linking, and indexation Work closely with Laravel developers to implement SEO best practices directly into the codebase, including structured data, canonicalization, and URL management Perform ongoing site audits and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile-first indexing, and rendering Plan and oversee large-scale migrations, redirects, and structural changes with minimal SEO risk Build, document, and enforce scalable SEO processes, QA protocols, and technical checklists. Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for growth and technical improvements Automate repetitive SEO workflows and reporting through AI agents, scripts, and tool integrations Requirements 4+ years of SEO experience with a focus on technical SEO and site optimization Proven track record managing and scaling large, complex websites in competitive search verticals Hands-on experience with Laravel platforms is not a priority, but is a plus, including collaboration with development teams on technical implementations Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, site architecture, schema markup, and indexing strategies Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and server log analyzers Excellent English communication skills and experience presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives Familiarity with automation tools, AI agents, and workflow optimization for SEO processes Must be available to work EST hours We are a growing brand, and we are seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
