We are currently looking for 1【 Logistics Operations Specialist 】 based in 【 Krefeld，German 】. Job Responsibilities 1. Logistics Operations Management. Coordinate secondary logistics arrangements in Germany and handle secondary transshipment labeling operations; 2. Logistics Quality Management. Liaise with local German logistics providers, customs authorities, and internal/external departments such as headquarters functions to proactively identify and resolve logistics anomalies, enhancing operational quality; 3. Logistics Customer Complaint Tracking. Handle logistics-related inquiries and customer complaint feedback, ensuring timely follow-up, closed-loop resolution, and improved customer service satisfaction; 4. Logistics Reporting. Generate periodic logistics quality and cost analysis reports per departmental requirements; 5. Support other projects as requested by the German company; 6. Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher with at least one year of relevant experience; candidates with international logistics customer service or operations experience preferred; 2. Proficient in cross-border e-commerce export logistics operations with corresponding business analysis capabilities; 3. Familiarity with international air or sea freight forwarding operations preferred; 4. Possession of local work visa and strong German (or English) communication skills (written and spoken); 5. Strong ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and drive initiatives; proactive, responsible, and patient; 6. Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
