We are currently assisting our client in recruiting a General Manager.
Responsible for the overall management of the company's sales business and general operations.
Sales channel expansion and sales process management: responsible for exploring new sales channels, maintaining and optimizing existing channels, establishing and fostering strong cooperative relationships with distributors and agents to enhance channel sales capabilities and market coverage.
Customer relationship management: focus on customer needs and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key clients.
Team building and management.
German citizen.
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Knowledgeable about OEM procurement processes and supplier qualification requirements of major automotive companies (e.g., Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.).
Over 5 years of sales team management experience, with proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets and improve performance; familiar with team building, motivation, and management, capable of effectively organizing and coordinating team resources.
Strong project management skills, able to ensure project delivery and be responsible for project P&L (Profit and Loss) indicators.
