Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced window and door installation specialist to deliver high-performance energy-efficient solutions across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will manage the complete installation lifecycle from site preparation and precise fitting to sealing finishing and post-installation quality checks, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations and project specifications. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and the ability to work independently in diverse on-site environments. Candidates must provide a portfolio or video documentation demonstrating proven experience in real-world installations and a consistent track record of delivering durable, high-quality results. Responsibilities Install, repair and modernise windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings Perform accurate frame fitting, glazing, sealing and insulation to ensure durability and energy efficiency Safely dismantle and remove obsolete or damaged window and door units Ensure proper alignment, weatherproofing and aesthetic finishing to meet quality and performance benchmarks\Interpret technical drawings, specifications and project plans to guide installation processes Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite in compliance with company policies and safety standards Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in installing PVC, aluminium or wooden window and door systems Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or vocational qualification (minimum 3 years) Proficient in using hand and power tools including drills, levels, saws and screwdrivers Demonstrated expertise in sealing, insulation and finishing techniques Ability to work independently and accurately interpret technical documentation and blueprints Valid Class B driving licence Physically fit for demanding manual labour and extended periods on site Willingness to relocate and work in Germany German language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory for on-site communication) Russian or Ukrainian language skills (preferred for team collaboration) Work portfolio or video demonstration of practical installation experience Benefits Minimum salary: 2700 gross per month Accommodation provided by employer Family reunification possible after integration German employment contract, social and health insurance included Long‑term career opportunity with a stable company Employment Type : Full Time Experience : 3 years Vacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
