We plan to continue growing and commercial/sales organization at all levels across DACH for 2022 within our Life Sciences and Diagnostics segments. We look for solutions driven application specialist individuals with a passion for science and innovation. You are our success Come join our team of service engineers and technicians who will actively support you at every step, especially during the onboarding phase.
- Carrying out maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, upgrades, and installations of new equipment at our customers' sites in order to achieve optimum customer care and to ensure professional and timely troubleshooting
- Supporting customers on possible services and assisting with application problems via telephone support in assigned area
- Work closely with sales staff for their general support or to assist in individual cases - depending on capacity (e.g., during installations and training, setting up equipment for demonstration purposes, at trade fairs, etc.)
- Work primarily in the field and have close contact with your team colleagues and the sales team
- Completed technical training, preferably in medical technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar
- You are interested in life science/diagnostic applications
- Preferably you have practical experience, external service experience would be an advantage
- Good written and spoken English and German skills
- High willingness to travel / day trips with occasional overnight stays in assigned area / valid drivers license
