Inthis role, you will be responsiblefor:

Yourresponsibilities in generalare:
Carryingout maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, upgrades, andinstallations of new equipment at our customers sites in order toachieve optimum customer care and to ensure professional and timelytroubleshooting
Supporting customerson possible services and assisting with application problems viatelephone support in assignedarea
Work closely withsales staff for their general support or to assist in individualcases - depending on capacity (e.g., during installations andtraining, setting up equipment for demonstration purposes, at tradefairs, etc.)
Workprimarily in the field and have close contact with your teamcolleagues and the salesteam

Whatwe are looking for:
Completedtechnicaltraining,preferably inmedicaltechnology,mechatronics,electricalengineering,orsimilar
Youareinterested inlifescience/diagnosticapplications
Preferablyyouhavepracticalexperience,external serviceexperiencewouldbe anadvantage
Goodwritten andspoken English and Germanskills
Highwillingnesstotravel /daytripswithoccasionalovernightstays inassignedarea/ validdriverslicense
