We are looking for a Sales Specialist (m/f/d) – GoSilico EMEA to contribute to the commercial growth of GoSilico’s software and service offerings in the region.

You will be part of our GoSilico sales team and use product and application knowledge to generate sales from new and existing customers. You should be able to evaluate a customer's process to identify solutions and provide the necessary tools, information, and support to grow sales and identify new opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to
  • Responsible for growing GoSilico chromatography modelling software and service business in EMEA region, ensuring that order booking targets are achieved annually
  • Cover all aspects of the sales cycle from generating new opportunities to closing deals. This includes pre-sales activities such participating in regional conferences, trade associations and local events at customer sites with the ability act as a spokesperson for Cytiva business
  • Act as a subject matter expert to perform product demonstration and understand customer workflows. Also Address upcoming questions and respond to technical and commercial aspects to drive the sale
  • Keep accurate reports of existing business, maintain business metrics, and ensure accurate forecast by daily management of the funnel opportunities while utilizing Danaher Business System (DBS) standard work with CRM
  • Regularly provide feedback to the product management team to convey voice of customer including unmet needs, product performance and other relevant commercial and market insights
  • Build a strong internal network to drive maximum synergy and customer satisfaction across the business
The essential requirements of the job include
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, biochemical engineering, or related field
  • Professional experience in the Biopharma industry including knowledge and understanding of downstream process development and hands-on experience in preparative chromatography
  • Strong ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits
  • Fluent in English and one other European language (professional level)
