Einblick in Ihre Aufgaben:

In der direkten Pflegepraxis:

  • Sie setzen sich mit aktuellen Trends und neuester Evidenz im Kontext der (Immun-)Onkologie auseinander und gestalten die interprofessionelle Versorgung klinikumsübergreifend mit
  • Sie entwickeln, implementieren und evaluieren anhand des PEPPA-Frameworks ein pflegefachliches Versorgungsmodell für Tumorpatient*innen und deren Angehörige vor, während und nach der Immuntherapie
  • Sie sind ein*e kontinuierliche*r Ansprechpartner*in (m/w/d) und koordinieren, begleiten und unterstützen die Tumorpatient*innen und Angehörigen im gesamten Behandlungsprozess bis hin zum Cancer Survivorship
  • Sie führen bedarfsorientierte Assessments durch, auf deren Basis Sie individuelle verhaltenstheoretische Interventionen zur Förderung des Selbst- und Symptommanagements ableiten
  • Sie führen pflegefachliche Edukationen im ambulanten und stationären Setting durch; so z. B. zum Symptommanagement bei immuntherapeutischen Nebenwirkungen
  • Sie arbeiten eng vernetzt mit den Stakeholdern/Supportivdiensten im CCCF zusammen und adressieren (psychosoziale) Patient*innen- und Angehörigenbedürfnisse

In der Organisation:

  • Sie arbeiten klinikumsübergreifend strategisch und inhaltlich an intra-/multiprofessionellen Leitlinien und Verfahrensanweisungen zum Schwerpunkt (Immun-)Onkologie mit und evaluieren deren Prozesse und die Ergebnisse, insbesondere zum Thema Symptomerleben
  • Sie sind ein aktives Mitglied im Netzwerk der Pflegeexpert*innen APN, des CCCF Pflegeforums, des onkologischen Arbeitskreises im Department Innere Medizin sowie in den Pflegefachkonferenzen im Universitätsklinikum Freiburg
  • Sie leiten multiprofessionelle Projektgruppen und initiieren und arbeiten in Forschungsprojekten mit
  • Sie unterstützen und leiten Audits zur Überprüfung der pflegefachlichen Qualität und zur Sicherstellung pflegesensitiver Kennzahlen
  • Sie unterstützen und begleiten Teams mit dem Ziel, (Patient*innen-)Outcomes zu verbessern
  • Sie begleiten Pflegefachpersonen/Studierende in Projekt- und Qualifizierungsarbeiten
  • Sie sind auf (inter-)nationalen Kongressen und in Publikationen präsent und mit (inter-)nationalen Fachgesellschaften und Expert*innen vernetzt
Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Onkologie sowie über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Pflege/Pflegewissenschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Advanced Practice Nursing
  • Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit zur pflegefachlichen Edukation
  • Sie verfügen über wissenschaftliche Fertigkeiten
  • Sie verfügen über Kompetenzen im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
  • Sie verfügen über hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
