Your Qualifications
  • Ability to motivate and guide apprentices
  • Excellent communication skills, along with patience and empathy
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Completed three-year training as a nursing professional, geriatric nurse, or healthcare and nursing specialist
  • Additional certification in vocational education
