div> Ihre Aufgaben
  • Effiziente Steuerung des Generalunternehmers auf Bauherrenseite im Rahmen der Errichtung einer HGÜ-Konverterstation
  • Verantwortlich für den gesamten Prozess von der Prüfung der Design-, Realisierungsplanung, Koordination der Bau- und Montagephase bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Sicherstellen der erfolgreichen Endabnahme des Projektes
  • Koordination der Bau- und Montageüberwachung der Umrichter in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Auftraggeber
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Abstimmungen mit den Fachabteilungen des Bauherrn und entsprechende Aktualisierung, Umsetzung und Anwendung der vereinbarten Maßnahmen und Aktionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Bauüberwachung und Spezialisten aus verschiedenen Teilprojekten sowie zielgerichtete und effiziente Steuerung der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Verantwortlich für die turnusmäßige Berichterstattung und für das Risiko-, Änderungs- und Forderungsmanagement

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Qualifikation mit mehr als 10 Jahren Erfahrungen sowie nachweisbare Erfolge im Führen von Großprojekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit dem Managen von komplexen Infrastruktur- oder Anlagenbauprojekten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft ca. 20%
  • Eine Qualifikation im Projektmanagement, wie z.B. PMI oder IPMA ist von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Moderatorenkompetenz
  • Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit in multidisziplinären Teams sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
