The Faculty of Medicine is looking for the Research IT department as soon as possible for a

Project Coordinator IT (m/f/d), full-time, permanent position What are your main tasks?
  • Project management and coordination of IT projects at the Faculty of Medicine, including the development of schedules, resource allocation and budget management
  • Analysis of requirements, creation of project plans and definition of milestones
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and guidelines as part of IT project work
  • Communication and coordination with internal and external users, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers
  • Risk management and problem solving during the entire project cycle
  • Evaluating the performance of IT systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
What do we expect?
  • Completed studies in (medical/economic) computer science or a comparable field (Bachelor's degree) or proven professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Proven professional experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector
  • Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools is desirable
  • Experience in working with different stakeholders and managing complex projects
  • Good knowledge of German and European data protection and security standards advantageous
