Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Engineer (m/f/d)Information TechnologyInnsbruck, Austria | Professionals | Full-Time 38.5h | Permanent Your TasksWork closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM systemDefine and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance modelsConfigure the system, workflows, automation, and integrate it with third-party systemsMonitor performance and troubleshoot issuesDocument system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retentionYour ProfileAt least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settingsExperience with integration tools and APIsStrong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamworkExcellent English skills, both written and spokenYour BenefitsCentral LocationEmployee DiscountsFlexible HoursInternational EnvironmentOnboardingWorkplace Well-Being Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
