**Aufgabe**
- Design and implement scalable CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Drive the digital transformation of Lead-to-Quote processes using modern tools like Microsoft Sales Copilot and AI-based sales enablement.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective CRM architecture and solution designs.
- Lead system architecture and ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and integration designs in close coordination with the internal Dynamics administration team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business goals and manage release planning and continuous innovation.

**Qualifikation**
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), including customization, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Familiarity with Sales Copilot and AI-based sales enablement tools.
- Background in sales processes (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Pipeline Management).
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery effectively.
- Strong documentation, architecture, and stakeholder communication skills.
