Wir bieten facettenreiche Aufgaben
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie den Anwendungsbetrieb eigenentwickelter Applikationen auf LINUX- und Windows-Servern sicher, die größtenteils auf Java basieren. Dabei handelt es sich um zum Beispiel um Ratinganwendungen und Risikomethoden. Zu Ihrem Softwareumfeld gehören außerdem Standardprodukte, wie AmbitFocus und ABACUS/DaVinci/A360.
  • Sie übernehmen im Service Lifecycle-Prozess Prozessaktivitäten mit Fokus auf Aufgaben in Service Transition und Service Operation. Das kann sowohl, eigenverantwortlich oder auch koordinierend geschehen.
  • Klar, für einen sicheren Betrieb gehören Planung, Koordination und Durchführung der Deploymentaktivitäten zum Arbeitsalltag. Auch für den Know-how-Aufbau in Sachen Betriebsübernahme neuer Anwendungen, für das Erstellen und die Pflege der Betriebshandbücher sowie die Prüfung der Kriterien der Quality Gates brauchen wir Ihre Unterstützung.
  • Unsere Softwareprodukte sind erfolgskritisch. Daher haben Sie die regelmäßigen Requests und Routinechanges unter Berücksichtigung der gültigen SLAs fest im Blick. Dazu gehören auch die Überwachung und Optimierung des Anwendungsmonitorings (inkl. Dokumentation) und die laufende Optimierung im Rahmen des Event-Managements.
  • Sie haben Spaß daran, immer besser zu werden. Deshalb sind Ihnen Fehlerursachenanalysen, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Ereignissen, das Erarbeiten von Workarounds oder nötiger Eskalationen sowie das Initiieren des Verbesserungsprozesses genauso wichtig wie uns.
  • In unserem recht komplexen IT-Umfeld koordinieren Sie nicht nur Servicesicherheit und Verbesserungs- sowie QS-Prozesse, sondern auch die involvierten Abteilungen sowie externe Dienstleister.
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Für diese Aufgabe sind Sie mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium in der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik gut aufgestellt. Oder Sie bringen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Wichtig sind uns erste relevante Berufserfahrungen.
  • Für einen guten Einstieg in unsere komplexe Systemlandschaft sind Sie mit fortgeschrittenem Wissen im Anwendungsbetrieb gut unterwegs. Erfahrungen mit ITIL sind wünschenswert, allerdings ist dies keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
  • Sie sollten auch mit dem Support der Softwarehersteller in der englischen Sprache mündlich und schriftlich kommunizieren können.
  • Unsere Softwareprodukte sind in der gesamten Organisation verbreitet und somit erfolgskritisch. Deshalb wünschen wir uns von Ihnen ein hohes Maß an Präzision, analytischem Weitblick und Entscheidungsfreude.
  • Sie legen Wert auf die gemeinsame Zielerreichung, auch wenn die Wege mal unkonventionell sein sollten.
