Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort Wedel Sie in Vollzeit als
  • Service Manager (m/w/d) Deutschland
Ihre Aufgabengebiete
  • Sie leiten den Aufbau, die Implementierung und die Überwachung einer Servicefunktion für Deutschland und gewährleisten die Einhaltung des Businessplans und des Budgets für das Service Center
  • Sie stellen die Effektivität des Services durch Training, Coaching und Teamentwicklung sicher
  • Die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Service Center Deutschland (16 Mitarbeitende) gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Sicherstellung des Betriebs und die Einhaltung dessen definierten SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Zur Umsetzung der Ziele werden Sie durch ein Managementteam für technischen Service, Reparatur und Field Service unterstützt
  • Sie koordinieren das Back Office (Auftragsabwicklung, Verrechnung, Logistik etc.) und stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Aufgabenbereiche sicher
  • Die Weiterentwicklung und der Ausbau des Servicegeschäfts ist ein Kernpunkt der weiteren Entwicklung des Service Center Deutschland
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und eine Zusatzqualifikation im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit
  • Sie haben Berufspraxis in einer Managementfunktion im Customer Service mit einem technischen Hintergrund
  • Sie haben solide Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst gesammelt
  • Sie gehen routiniert mit dem MS-Office-Paket und mit einem ERP/CRM-System um, gern MS-Dynamics-365
  • Kommunikationsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams gehören zu Ihren Kompetenzen
  • Sie überzeugen durch ausgeprägte Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, Ideen und Lösungen proaktiv voran zu treiben
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
