für folgendes Lehrgebiet zu besetzen:
Product Development and Simulation (Kennziffer 9074)
Die Professur vertritt das Lehrgebiet an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Gesundheit und Wirtschaft. Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hervorragender und praxiserprobter Kompetenz aus dem Bereich der nachhaltigen Entwicklung technischer Produkte unter Anwendung moderner Entwicklungsverfahren (CAD, CAE, Digital Twins). Die Bewerberin / der Bewerber soll im Berufungsgebiet theoretische Grundlagen und aktuelle Anwendungen der Produktentwicklung als Bestandteil der betrieblichen Wertschöpfungskette vertreten und diese praxisnah unter Einsatz adäquater Lehrmethoden an Studierende vermitteln.
Ihre Aufgaben
Vertretung des Fachgebiets in der Lehre und der angewandten Forschung
Durchführung von Grundlagenlehrveranstaltungen
Aufbau und Angebot von Praktika in ausgewählten Modulen des Lehrgebietes
Durchführung von vertiefenden Kursen und Wahlfächern im Berufungsgebiet
Bereitschaft zu Forschungstätigkeit und Publikation der Ergebnisse
Unterstützung der weiteren Internationalisierung der Hochschule
Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Aufgaben der akademischen Selbstverwaltung
Ihr Profil
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
Gute Vernetzung innerhalb der einschlägigen wissenschaftlichen Community
Didaktische Kompetenz und hohe Affinität für das Fachgebiet nachgewiesen durch Lehr- und/oder Vortragstätigkeit
Veröffentlichungen und/oder Forschungsprojekte im Themenfeld des Lehrgebiets
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kooperationsbereitschaft

Besondere Leistungen bei der Anwendung oder Entwicklung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und Methoden in einer mindestens fünfjährigen beruflichen Praxis, die nach Abschluss des Hochschulstudiums erworben sein muss und von der mindestens drei Jahre außerhalb des Hochschulbereichs ausgeübt worden sein müssen; der Nachweis der außerhalb des Hochschulbereichs ausgeübten beruflichen Praxis kann in besonderen Fällen dadurch erfolgen, dass über einen Zeitraum von mindestens fünf Jahren ein erheblicher Teil der beruflichen Tätigkeit in Kooperation zwischen Hochschule und außerhochschulischer beruflicher Praxis erbracht wurde.
In das Beamtenverhältnis kann berufen werden, wer das 52. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet hat und die sonstigen beamtenrechtlichen Voraussetzungen erfüllt.
