Responsibilities Design and implement high-quality visual effects that enhance the player’s experience and immersion in the game Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and engineers to ensure the visual effects align with the overall vision of the game Optimize visual effects for performance without sacrificing quality, ensuring smooth gameplay Author and integrate highly optimized game assets Utilize Unreal Engine’s Niagara system and scripting to create complex and dynamic effects Create and refine materials using Unreal Engine to achieve the desired visual fidelity Requirements Professional experience with Unreal Engine High proficiency in Niagara and Niagara scripting High proficiency in creating complex Unreal materials Ability to author highly optimized game assets Good knowledge of Unreal Blueprints Basic understanding of HLSL/GLSL shader language Proficiency in German Bonus Skills Passion for gaming Experience with Houdini Experience with Substance Designer Experience with Blender Knowledge of Physically Based Rendering (PBR)
