Das Architektur- & Portfoliomanagement (AP) der BWI setzt die Leitplanken und macht Vorgaben für die strategiekonforme Ausrichtung des Service- & Leistungsportfolios sowie der IT-Architektur der BWI. Dabei übernimmt das Architektur- & Portfoliomanagement als strategischer Partner die Verantwortung für die effektive Planung der benötigten IT-Leistungen sowie die Erhöhung der Steuerungsfähigkeit der BWI.

Der Bereich Planning & Execution Management (PEM) verantwortet die strategische Planung des Service- und Leistungsportfolios der BWI und steuert dessen Weiterentwicklung. p>


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie verantworten einzelne Produkte des BWI Portfolios und sind darin der Fachexperte, z.B. im Bereich Cloud, einsatznaher IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerke oder IT-Service Management
  • Sie erarbeiten strategische Positionierungspapiere und Zielbilder für Ihren fachlichen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sie beschreiben die strategische Weiterentwicklung Ihres Produktportfolios, indem Sie Optimierungspotenziale identifizieren und notwendige Veränderungsmaßnahmen ableiten
  • Diese stellen Sie auf der Portfolio-Roadmap dar und beauftragen ihre Umsetzung
  • Dabei arbeiten Sie übergreifend und koordinierend mit den anderen Portfolio-Bereichen zusammen
  • Gemeinsam mit den Architektur-Bereichen der BWI erarbeiten Sie Zielarchitekturen zur Umsetzung von Lösungen für den Kunden

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem kaufmännisch-technischen Bereich (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht etc.) oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Produkt- und/oder Portfoliomanagement in der IT
  • Idealerweise eine Zertifizierung im Produkt- und IT-Servicemanagement
  • Hohe fachliche Kenntnisse gepaart mit Leadership-Kompetenz
  • Hohe Motivation, Strukturiertheit und gutes analytisches Denken
  • Fähigkeit, im Team und mit dem Team zu agieren
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Tools der MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint), Jira, sowie Alfabet
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
