pReporting to the Team Leaders of the Client Accounting team, the Administrative Assistant will be entrusted with assisting the department by supporting all members of the team. /pbr /p /pbr /pstrongDuties include but are not limited to: /strong /pbr /p /pbr /ulliProviding administrative support to the team members of the Client Accounting department; /liliPerforming general office duties, such as organising physical and digital files, printing, and scanning; /liliWorking closely with internal and external departments to aid in finalising time-sensitive tasks within the department; /liliEnsuring that tasks assigned are executed diligently and within the required timelines while owning a positive and professional approach; /liliAssist the teams with ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time. /li /ulbr /p /pbr /pstrongRequirements Qualifications: /strong /pbr /p /pbr /ulliOLevel standard level of education or equivalent; /liliPreference will be given to candidates who already have administrative experience; /liliAbility to use Microsoft Office programmes like Excel, Outlook and Word; /liliStrong attention to detail and highly organised; /liliAbility to multitask and prioritise duties effectively; /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken, and solid communication skills; /liliAbility to work both independently and in a team; /liliOwning a self-driven attitude and being good at problem-solving; /liliEagerness to learn and support in different sectors; /liliSocial and happy to work in a dynamic environment; /liliTeam oriented, and keen to engage with colleagues as team fit is the key. /li /ulbr /pbr/pbr/br/Adress:
