Therefore, we need you​ To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Dusseldorf to join our team within Product Operations and Strategy B2B. The role is sitting at the intersection between our global product development teams and our commercial system integration teams and provides a unique opportunity to help shape our marketing and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding internal system needs, developing effective communication strategies for The Stepstone Group, and driving progress in our organization's evolution. In addition to our international footprint, we are also part of the Axel Springer SE family and its unique European family of successful companies.​ Aufgaben Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for our systems, linking communication to product, projects, and roadmap items within the CSI framework to drive adoption across all EMEA markets Create and refine impactful marketing materials for both internal and external audiences, effectively communicating system and product features and benefits. Participate in strategic technical planning meetings to position yourself to craft suitable communications informing various stakeholders about our actions and achievements within CSI Collaborate closely with product managers to develop a compelling narrative, positioning and messaging for our products You play a strong part in enabling our colleagues within the whole The Stepstone Group by building content for trainings and elearnings Provide transparency and visibility into ongoing system work through various communication channels Profil Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth Strong collaboration skills with experience in an international work environment Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in both German and English Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
