Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Hauptsitz in Lüdinghausen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine (n)
- Führung eines Mitarbeiterteams von zur Zeit 5 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für die termingerechte und ordnungsgemäße Erledigung aller Aufgaben in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung
- Steuerung und Kontrolle des Tagesgeschäfts unter Beachtung von Zielvorgaben und Fristen
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Buchführung
- Termingerechte Durchführung der Zahlläufe
- Mitwirken bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Ansprechpartner für Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Banken
- Administrative Personalarbeit wie z.B. das Vertragsmanagement, Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen/ Zeugnissen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- und/ oder Lohnbuchhaltung oder eine Ausbildung zum/r Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Buchführung nach HGB
- Mit dem MS-Office-Paket sind Sie vertraut und können sich schnell in neue Programme einarbeiten
- Sie sind belastbar, besitzen eine gute Auffassungsgabe und haben Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten
- Soziale Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Teamführung
