Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head: Cleaning Operations to join our team at Bäckerei Geiping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing cleaning operations in our production area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Source and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality products
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
