Stellenbeschreibung

Duverantwortest die Sicherstellung, Koordination und Überwachung dertechnischen Immobilienbewirtschaftung sowie das ganzheitlicheManagement (Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung, Modernisierung) dertechnischen Anlagen und Bauteile der Gebäude des anvertrautenPortfolios.

Gemeinsam mit dem kaufmännischenProperty Manager übernimmst Du die Koordination und Kontrolleexterner Dienstleistungsunternehmen.

Zu DeinerRolle gehört das Managen von Kosten, Qualitäten, Budgets undZeitplänen sowie die Erstellung von technischenObjektberichten.

Darüber hinaus gehört dietechnische Einschätzung, Empfehlung, Vergabe und Koordination vonReparaturmaßnahmen in DeineVerantwortung.

Projektkoordination - Ausarbeitungund Umsetzung von Capex- und ESG-Maßnahmen, sowie kleinereMieterausbauten sollten Dir Freudebereiten.

Selbstverständlich nimmst Du unsereObjekte regelmäßig in Augenschein.

Qualifikationen

Idealerweisehast Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich odereine Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im technischenGebäudemanagement.

Fundierte Kenntnisse derVorschriften und Regeln im Zusammenhang mit dem technischen Betriebvon Gewerbeimmobilien sind für Dichselbstverständlich.

Du hast Freude am Handlingvon unseren externen Dienstleistern.

Eineselbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gerneprojektorientiert, zeichnen Dich aus.

Diegängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen beherrscht Duspielend.

Du bist Teamplayer durch und durch undlässt Dich nicht so leicht aus der Ruhebringen.

Du arbeitest Hands-On und übernimmstgerne Verantwortung.

Du hast (erste) Erfahrungenmit YARDI Voyager 7S und sprichst Englisch auf min. einem solidenB2-Niveau.
