Expert Program Management (m/w/d)

ab sofort und in Vollzeit bundesweit an einem unserer BWI Standorte, Homeoffice möglich.

Die Business Unit ERP ist das Kompetenzzentrum ERP und hat zur Aufgabe, für eines der größten Applikationsprogramme Europas den gesamten Lifecycle-Prozesses zu begleiten. Zu diesem Bereich zählt auch das Team Programm ERP.

Das Programm ist zentraler Koordinator der Projekte und Vorhaben in der ERP. Es operationalisiert die strategischen Ziele des Managements und bildet die übergreifende Schnittstelle zum Kundenprogramm. Außerdem verantwortet das Programm die ERP-übergreifende Standardisierung und Steuerungsfähigkeit. Es unterstützt sowohl die Projekte als auch die Linienorganisation der ERP in der Etablierung und Umsetzung komplexer Kundenanforderungen.


  • Unterstützung der Programmleitung in der Erstellung von Beiträgen, Präsentationen und Protokollen

  • Koordination im Rahmen eines komplexen Programms sowie Kommunikation innerhalb unterschiedlicher Stakeholder

  • Abstimmung und Organisation von programm- und bereichsübergreifenden Meetings

  • Verantwortlichkeit für das Funktionspostfach sowie Zuordnung von Eingängen nach Zuständigkeiten

  • Verwaltung der Sharepoint-Ablage in direkter Abstimmung mit den Teilprogrammen


  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung i.V.m. mind. 3 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im PMO sowie im Projektumfeld

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Anwendung gängiger Projektmanagementstandards

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft-Office und MS-Sharepoint

  • Ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit und adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif
