Compliance Executive

pstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /br /ulliAssisting the Compliance Department in the Company#039;s implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with its ongoing regulatory obligations; /liliAssisting with the implementation of the Groups compliance monitoring program; /liliLiaison with all other departments within the Group on compliance, including anti-money laundering and financing of terrorism matters; /liliAssisting with the completion and filing of annual statutory filings (REQ, ACR, etc.); /liliAssisting with the co-ordination of any regulatory audit, inspection or visit; /liliAssisting with periodic customer file reviews; /liliReporting regularly to the Groups MLRO and Compliance Office on all matters relating or pertaining to compliance including anti-money laundering and financing of terrorism matters; /liliChallenging existing practices and procedures and making recommendations to management in accordance with industry best practice; /li /ulbr /pbr/pbr /pstrongRequirements: /strong /pbr /br /br /br /br /ulliPrevious experience in a similar role /liliA good understanding of the TCSP industry and its regulatory framework /liliDetail-oriented and an analytical mindset /liliFluency in English /liliProficiency in IT /li /ulbr/br/Adress:
