Senior Project Manager GigaGemeinde (m/w/d), befristet für 12 Monate als Elternzeitvertretung

  • Du leitest als Senior Project Manager GigaGemeinde (m/w/d) Glasfaser-Projekte und steuerst alle am Projekt beteiligten internen und externen Ressourcen.
  • Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Planung und Implementierung von Marketingaktivitäten
  • Du identifizierst Maßnahmen, die zur Verbesserung der Realisierung von Glasfaser-Projekten dienen, und implementierst und steuerst die Projekte, um diese Maßnahmen umzusetzen.
  • Du koordinierst weitere Projektthemen, einschließlich IT, technischer Realisierung, Kundenkommunikation und -betreuung sowie Kundenanschaltungen, innerhalb einer Matrix-Verantwortung.
  • Du steuerst die Mitarbeiter:innen der Projektteams hin zur Erreichung der operativen Projektziele.
  • Du pflegst die Schnittstellen mit Kommunen und Projektpartnern zur Erreichung der Projektplans.
  • Du erarbeitest und bewertest Entscheidungsoptionen und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Zielerreichung ab.


Was Dich auszeichnet:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium.
  • Mindestens 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Marketing, Sales oder Commercial Finance.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Telekommunikation und/oder Glasfaserausbau sowie im Umgang mit Behörden, öffentlichen Auftraggebern oder externen Projektpartnern.
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und der Steuerung von Projektteams.
  • Gute Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und adressatengerechte Kommunikation.
  • Sher gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
