Senior Project Manager

Purpose of the position
Project One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes, which are supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team consisting of more than 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues is working in the programme to achieve this goal.
The holder of this position will lead a significant part of the ONE template implementation – the template itself consisting of standard ways of working supported by one common Infor-Based IT platform in a set of countries grouped together in an implementation wave.
He/She will align activities and work plans across multiple teams and drive the delivery of projects according to the pre-defined timings set by the overall programme plan.
Responsibilities
Implement projects according to the Intersnack project management methodology including milestone sign-off within scope, time and budgetEnsure completion of all functional and project management deliverables assigned to internal or external consulting resourcesMonitor and report progress and manage resolution of implementation issuesEnsure alignment with other projects / initiatives on a local scale with an impact on own deliveryManage allocation of business resources to work packages and deliverablesEnsure the scope and organisational change management aspects of the implementation have been identified, signed-off, planned and successfully executed by the local teamCoordinate collaboration between the central delivery team and the local implementation teamEducation
University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar qualification (e. g. corresponding military education)Experience
8-10 years work experience in (IT) project management or consultingFMCG experience is a plusQualifications (certificates)
Project Management certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) would be a plusLean/Six Sigma skills desirableSkills required for the job (soft measures)
Experience in managing the introduction of IT solutions within an organization (Infor solution would be ideal, but not required)Consistently seek to improve processes and effectively bring people through changeThorough and reliable way of workingPositive “can do” approachHigh degree of initiative and willingness to go the extra mile where requiredStrong results orientation and internal drive to get things doneGood communication skills verbally and writtenLeadership of internal and external teams without direct reporting linesExperience in managing a project team or a sub-project teamSkills required for the job (hard measures)
Influencing skillsProven experience in managing implementation or deployment of complex IT templates within an organizationSound experience in application of a Project Management MethodologySound MS Office skills, including MS ProjectFluent spoken and written English is a must, any further language spoken within Intersnack is considered a plusGood presentation skillsExperience in facilitating teams working in multiple locations and in parallel project phasesWilling to travel – expected level of travel of this position is approx. 4 days / week.
