  • Du kümmerst Dich um vor allem technische Incidents & Services zu unseren Solutions aus dem Umfeld IT Service Management, Software Asset Management, Knowledge Management und IT-Monitoring.
  • Du agierst souverän mit unseren Kunden telefonisch, per E-Mail oder per Remote Zugriff – auf Deutsch und auch in Englisch.
  • Mit Deinem Wissen kannst Du viele Fragen und Aufgaben selbstständig lösen, darüber hinaus arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Beratungs-, Operations- und Entwicklungsteams zusammen.
  • Dein Wissen teilst Du in unserer Wissensdatenbank für einen optimalen Customer Self-Service.
  • Auch Eskalationen bringen Dich nicht aus der Fassung: Du kommunizierst auch anspruchsvolle Situationen souverän und stellst die Zufriedenheit der verschiedenen Stakeholder sicher.

  • BSc (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbares Studium, alternativ IT-Ausbildung z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Dank deiner Neugierde löst du auch ungewohnte Aufgaben und bisher unbekannte Probleme.
  • Du bringst Interesse für sich stetig wandelnde IT-Technologien mit.
  • Gute Kenntnisse verschiedener Plattformen: Windows, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, VMWare
  • Erfahrungen mit ausgewählten weiteren Technologien: Apache/Tomcat, Weblogic, Java, PHP, Python u.a.
  • Gutes Verständnis relationaler Datenbanken und Datenbanktechnologien: SQL, Oracle, MariaDB sowie SQL als Abfragesprache.
  • Souveräne Deutsch- und praxiserprobte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
