Specialist Order Execution (m/w/d)Referenznummer 310 Ihre Aufgaben:
Die Hauptaufgabe des Specialist Order Execution (m/w/d) besteht darin, Bestellungen und Aufträge unserer Niederlassungen weltweit entgegenzunehmen, zu verarbeiten und sicherzustellen, dass diese termingerecht und gemäß den vorgegebenen Spezifikationen ausgeführt werden. Dies mit dem Ziel unsren Niederlassungen einen herausragenden Service während des gesamten Bestellabwicklungsprozesses zu bieten.
Teile dieser Aufgaben sind:
- Koordination, Abwicklung und Monitoring der Bestellvorgänge zwischen weiteren Fachabteilungen und Niederlassungen
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Push-Vorschlägen
- Systematische Verbuchung der Bestellungen und Überwachung der Warenflüsse
- Lieferrückstände identifizieren
- Steuern und Überwachung der Push-Prozesse im Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Niederlassungen weltweit
- Organisation von Außerplanmäßigen Bestellungen (Sondertransporte / Paket-Bestellungen / Zusatzaufträge)
- Erstellung von Gutschriften, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Vorbestellungen, Stammdatenpflege und Monatsabschluss
- Kommunikation mit anderen Fachabteilungen, um eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung zu gewährleisten
- Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Genauigkeit des Auftragsabwicklungsprozesses
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Logistik, Vertrieb oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
- Analytische selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Organisationsgeschick sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Belastbar, flexibel und stark im Team
- Fähigkeit zur schnellen Entscheidungsfindung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kundenbezogene Denkweise, engagiert, freundlich, serviceorientiert und aufgeschlossen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
