E-Commerce IT Support Specialist

Position Overview:
The role of the IT Application Support Specialist E-Commerce involves assisting the Project Manager for Web Applications in the deployment, configuration, and enhancement of pertinent web-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of web applications.
- Address inquiries related to web application functionalities.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Work collaboratively with development teams and project management.
- Pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and liaise with management for execution.
- Oversee the monitoring and testing of web applications.
- Engage with all stakeholders involved in projects.
- Document common support issues and solutions as FAQs.
- Draft precise requirements for troubleshooting or the introduction of new functionalities.
- Comprehend and convey the strategic vision for web applications.
Qualifications:
- A completed degree or equivalent in IT or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in technical development and IT support roles.
- Familiarity with web application configuration and ERP systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused approach and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
