The funds mission is to invest strategically to strengthen regional security and advance technological sovereignty. Negotiate key transaction terms with management teams, co-investors, and advisors. Partner with management teams to drive value creation, serve on portfolio company boards, monitor performance, support exit planning and execution Proven execution experience: leading all due diligence streams, negotiated SPA/SHA, project management discipline to coordinate advisors and internal teams through the deal lifecycle International experience: comfortable working across geographies and regulatory environments.
